    Mark is one of our founding partners. Since setting up Michael Elliott in 1985, he’s advised on over £20 billion of property sales and acquisitions, as well as several major corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions.

    Dominic is a founding partner of Michael Elliott LLP. He’s worked in London property for three decades, advising both domestic and overseas investors on sales and acquisitions across the capital.

    Major recent transactions include the purchase of the Coutts building for TIAA Henderson for £175 million, and the sale of Mutual House, Regent Street for £85.5 million, Centro 1&2 for £62.5 million, Soho Works Estate for £82.5 million and 175 Oxford Street for £60.0 million. Dominic’s work spans every sector, and his clients are based all over the world.

    Richard is one of our equity partners. He’s a qualified chartered surveyor with over 21 years’ experience in the London investment market.

    Advising on sales and acquisitions across all sectors, Richard works closely with a broad range of clients including institutional investors, private UK and overseas investors and property companies.  Often, he arranges off-market transactions maintaining client’s confidentiality as well as thinking creatively about how a building can be enhanced or marketed.

    Richard has advised on over £2bn of London investment transactions with recent deals including the £150 million purchase of 10 Grosvenor Street for a Hong Kong investor, successfully acquiring off market a securely let office investment in West London at £29m for a Singaporean property company and he advised a charity on the sale of a mixed-use asset in Soho where he managed a competitive sales process.

    Other recent acquisitions have included a reversionary office in Clerkenwell purchased off market for a European investor, a 30,000 sq ft Holborn asset for an Asian investor and advising Structadene on the sale of 431-451 Oxford Street.

    David is an equity partner at Michael Elliott with over 17 years of Central London investment experience.

    David qualified as a Chartered Surveyor whilst working at Cushman & Wakefield gaining experience in all aspects of investment, valuation and development.

    Since joining Michael Elliott, he has continued to focus on the Central London investment and development markets. He has been involved in over £3bn of investment deals and brings with him exceptional access to institutional and overseas capital in addition to wide ranging experience working with REITs, private investors and family offices.
