Notable transactions include the sale of Enterprise House (Paddington/£56m), the purchase of Kings Mall Shopping Centre (Hammersmith/£153 million), the purchase of Bond Street House (£112 million), the purchase of Céline, (Mount Street/£81 million) and the purchase and subsequent sale of 60 St Martins Lane (£81 million).
