Toby is a partner of Michael Elliott with 15 years experience in the Central London investment market. Toby began his career at DTZ following a Master’s degree at South Bank University.

Toby has advised on more than £2 billion worth of investment deals. His clients include several global high net worth individuals and family offices, as well as some of the major UK institutions.

Notable transactions include the sale of Enterprise House (Paddington/£56m), the purchase of Kings Mall Shopping Centre (Hammersmith/£153 million), the purchase of Bond Street House (£112 million), the purchase of Céline, (Mount Street/£81 million) and the purchase and subsequent sale of 60 St Martins Lane (£81 million).

With over 10 years’ experience, Nick is a director at Michael Elliott.

He advises on the acquisition and disposal of commercial real estate in Central London working closely with a broad range of clients including institutional investors, UK-listed property companies, private propcos and UHNWIs.

Outside of work, Nick enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters and his miniature Dachshund Monty.

Harry joined Michael Elliott in March 2017, having spent the early part of his career at Savills where he qualified as a chartered surveyor.

With over 7 years’ experience, Harry specialises in advising on the acquisition and disposal of commercial real estate in Central London working closely with a broad range of clients including institutional investors, UK-listed property companies, private propcos and UHNWIs.

Harry has worked on a number of high-profile transactions giving him exposure to a diverse investor base.

Outside of work, Harry is a passionate sportsman and still plays rugby, tennis and cricket whenever he can.
